Questions about our services, hours, and what to bring.
Yes. Self wash stations are first come, first served. For grooming and boarding, we take appointments. Call ahead to be sure we have space.
For self wash, bring nothing—we have everything. For boarding and daycare, bring food if your dog eats something special, any medications, and a favorite toy if it helps them settle.
It depends on the dog and what needs doing. Small dogs, an hour or so. Larger dogs, two to three hours. We'll tell you when you book.
We've worked with plenty of dogs who came in nervous or stubborn. Patience and experience go a long way. Talk to us about your dog's temperament when you call.
